1 Corinthians 15:58
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable, always abound in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
Brothers and sisters we have been encouraged to be strong and confident in the faith and remain steadfast. Don’t be shaken or agitated with the temptations and cares of life but be fixed in the assurance that God is able to deliver us from them all. Let us busy ourselves with doing the work and will of the Lord; promoting his glory, and advancing his kingdom. No matter how tempestuous the storm, we have an anchor. The world around us may be raging and the winds of uncertainty may blow, but plant yourself in the Word of God and proclaim that Jesus Christ is still Lord of lord’s and King of kings. Your steadfastness will pay off in the end!
